She is particularly interested in the implementation of children's rights by design approach in social media and messaging apps and advocates for robust child protection measures online.
 
Recognising that a significant volume of research on child sexual abuse is based on English language data or data collected in the EU, Valeriia is passionate about addressing this knowledge gap and enhancing child protection worldwide.
