Valeriia Soloveva is a Specialist at Protect Children.

Valeriia has a Master’s degree in Social Science Research. She is especially interested in exploring collaboration opportunities between child protection organizations and social media platforms aimed at implementing adequate child safety regulations and ending online child sexual abuse.

At Protect Children, Valeriia is conducting offender-focused research, analysing data gathered directly from child sexual abuse material users in the dark web. In particular, she is researching help-seeking motivations of CSAM users and their tech pathways to the dark web.
